Spring Equinox

A beautiful time of balancing, new beginnings and new life. Reminding us that through change and shedding what no longer serves brings us new growth.

Channeled Message:

" The message I have for you all, is to stay close to your knowing and what internally calls to you. What brings you new Breath of life? Expand into that sense and allow your new breath to bring about new life into your existence.

Be mindful of the choices you make and where you choose to allow your energy to reside. Breathe life into new adventures, new ways of existing and new ways of being.

This is all a part of the great plan. It is time to allow all things to shed, so that new life and breath can emerge. Use your breath and let it flow"

- Ostara, Goddess of Spring
